Description
Provides 55µg of vitamin D3 that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, the normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal muscle function, the maintenance of normal teeth, the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.

How to take
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 vegetable capsule per day, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your physician or healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
