Receive Your Order Securely
At the time of delivery, check the condition of the packaging. You should refuse the order if it presents any of the following anomalies:
- Opened or damaged box;
- Tape tampered with or patched with more than one type of tape or different from MiM - Muse in Me tape.
If you prefer to accept the order with any of these anomalies, you should ask the courier for delivery registration and write 'Reservations upon delivery, subject to inspection' and describe the condition in which you received the order.
If upon inspecting the order you detect any anomalies, you must contact our customer support team within 1 business day.
By accepting the order with any anomaly and not recording reservations upon receipt, MiM - Muse in Me is not responsible for any damages or theft of the item(s) that may occur during transportation.
Order Cancellation
MiM - Muse in Me may cancel the order of a product under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of the product;
- Lack of payment by the customer for the order made, as Multibanco references have a validity of 24 hours;
- Incorrect price due to manual or computer error;
- The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
