Right to Free Resolution and Terms

Right of Withdrawal (Free Resolution)

  1. According to article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14th, if the customer finds that the product does not meet their expectations, they may return it within a maximum period of 14 days from its receipt, as recorded by the shipping tracking service, without the need to indicate the reason. MiM – Muse in Me extends this return period to 60 days.
  2. Returns of the following items are not accepted:
    • Any product that has been fully or partially assembled, altered, and/or used;
    • Any product whose packaging has been tampered with;
    • Intimate or personal use items, for hygiene reasons;
    • Custom-made articles or special customer requests.
  3. An exception will be made to point 2 in the case of a product presenting a manufacturing defect.
  4. For a return due to Free Resolution, the item must remain in its original packaging and retain all accessories and usage instructions included with the product.
  5. The return request can be made through the email [email protected]. You should attach a copy of the invoice and photos proving that the product(s) in question have not been tampered with or damaged.
  6. After collecting the necessary information, our services will contact you to establish the procedure for resolving the purchase contract.
  7. In the case of Free Resolution, the return costs to our logistics facilities are always borne by the customer. MiM – Muse in Me provides a collection service that can be requested by the customer.
  8. If the order benefits from any discount related to the initial shipping, it will be reassessed if the order remains eligible for the applied discount after the return. To benefit from the discount, the final value of the order after the return must be equal to or higher than the value established in the promotion conditions. The value varies depending on the geographical delivery area.
  9. If the aforementioned conditions are respected, the corresponding monetary amount will be refunded to the selected payment option or via IBAN within a maximum period of 8 days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

Collection

MiM – Muse in Me provides a collection service at an address to assist in the return of items. This service is carried out by a carrier selected by MiM – Muse in Me and must be requested by the customer via email at [email protected], indicating the desired collection address. The product must be properly packaged and packaged together with the order ID. Any damage incurred during transportation due to insufficient packaging of the items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

Second Shipment

If the order is not successfully delivered and is returned to us due to reasons beyond the carrier's and MiM – Muse in Me's control, you can request a second shipment, which will incur an additional cost*.

The following situations are the responsibility of the customer:

  • Order is not accepted or is refused at the delivery address;
  • Order is not collected from the pickup point within the specified time frame;
  • Order contains incorrect information such as incomplete address or invalid postal code.

If you do not wish to proceed with the second shipment, you will only be refunded the amount paid, excluding the *costs incurred with the return of the order to our facilities, once we receive your order.

Procedure and Deadlines

If you wish to terminate the contract, the customer must send to MiM – Muse in Me the Free Resolution Form Model duly completed or another unequivocal statement of the intention to terminate the contract, either electronically to [email protected], or by registered mail to: Onlifarma Unip Lda Av. Dom Frei Miguel de Bulhões e Sousa N.º 36 Loja D 3810-700 Aveiro - Portugal, or through any other durable medium capable of proof (the burden of proof being on the customer), within a maximum period of 60 days from the date on which the customer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To meet this free resolution period, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period, after which the return may not be accepted. MiM – Muse in Me will acknowledge receipt of the contract resolution request within a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) hours, on business days. From the date of communication of the contract resolution, the customer has a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days to deliver to MiM – Muse in Me's facilities all the items they intend to return.

Effects

The customer may exercise their right of free resolution in whole or in part and is responsible for the return costs, including shipping costs, payment method fees (credit card, ATM, PayPal, MB WAY, cash on delivery). MiM – Muse in Me will refund the corresponding monetary amount within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the customer's decision to terminate the contract.

In the case of a partial return of the order, the customer will be refunded the value of the items actually returned. If they have benefited from a discount related to the initial shipping, it will be reassessed if the order remains eligible for the applied discount after the return. In addition to the mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, the customer will not incur additional fees as a consequence of such refund.

Inspection of Goods

As mentioned in the previous point, MiM - Muse In Me reserves the right to withhold the refund until verifying the condition in which the goods are returned, as it is a vital condition for processing the refund. In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 14 of the Decree-Law, any item that has been abusively used and/or manipulated by the customer will be considered non-compliant, following the description in that point, with particular attention to items that have their own packaging, which must also be returned in excellent condition.

Order Cancellation

MiM - Muse In Me may cancel an order for a product in one of the following situations:

  • Unavailability of the product;
  • Lack of payment by the customer for the order placed, with Multibanco references having a validity of 24 hours;
  • Incorrect price due to manual or computer error.

Selling Price of Products

The selling price of each product is determined by MiM - Muse In Me and can be freely changed at any time. Changes in the selling price of the product do not affect orders whose receipt and acceptance have already been confirmed to the customer.

The selling price of the products indicated by MiM - Muse In Me includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.

In addition to the indicated selling price, when due, delivery expenses for the product are added.

The selling prices of the products are as presented, unless there has been an error in their indication detected by MiM - Muse In Me until the products are delivered to the customer. In this case, the customer is immediately contacted via the email provided by them, and they can choose to keep their order at the correct price or cancel it.

All products in our catalog are subject to price reductions, except in case of out-of-stock. This promotion applies from January 1st of the current year to December 31st of the current year.
