You can make payment for your purchases through various methods:

To make a payment by Multibanco Reference, simply go to a Multibanco machine, select 'Payments and Other Services' > 'Payment of Services,' then enter the Entity, Reference, and Amount.

You can make the payment within 24 hours. We advise you to keep the receipt, as it serves as proof of payment.
The entities are designated as Eupago.

To make a payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to our partner's payment system, where you should log in.

To make a payment with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), you must have the 3D-Secure service activated.

The 3D-Secure service provides enhanced security for online payments. It works by requiring the entry of a unique numerical code (one code per purchase) sent via SMS to the cardholder's mobile phone.

To make a payment with MB WAY, enter your mobile phone number and confirm the payment in the app.

MiM - Muse in Me may cancel an order for a product in the following situations:

• Product unavailability.
• Lack of payment by the customer for the order placed, as Multibanco references have a validity of 24 hours.
• Incorrect price due to manual or computer error.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
