Provides calcium citrate with Vitamin D3, a mineral necessary for the maintenance of bones and teeth.
Contributes to normal muscle function and adequate neurotransmission, as well as to normal energy-producing metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilisation of calcium.

How to take
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 4 tablets daily with water, preferably with meals, or as directed by a physician or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition
Each 4 tablets provide:
Calcium (as citrate) 1000mg (125%*).
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate
Carboxymethylcellulose.
Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerine (from palm kernel and coconut fats).
Colouring: titanium dioxide.
Vitamin D3 (600 IU, as cholecalciferol) 15μg (300%*).
