How to take
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 3 tablets per day, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Composition
Each 3 tablets provide:
Calcium 1000mg 125%* (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate).
Magnesium 400mg 107% * (as oxide, gluconate, citrate).
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, citric acid.
Stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, fatty acids.
Coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol (from palm and coconut oil), carnauba wax.
Boron (as boric acid) 3mg.
