How to use
Cut 30 cm of floss. Wrap it around your index finger. Using your thumbs, carefully slide the floss between your teeth in a forward and backward motion. Press the floss against the side of one tooth, and slide along the tooth, using motions from the gums to the edge. Repeat on the adjacent tooth’s side.
