How to use
Cut 30 cm of floss. Wrap it around your index finger. With your thumbs, gently pass the floss between your teeth in a back-and-forth motion. Place the tape against the side of one tooth, and slide along the tooth, moving from the gum to the edge. Repeat on the side of the adjacent tooth.
