How to take
Shake before use (invert the bottle once) and take in the morning on an empty stomach.
Before the age of 50: 15 ml/day.
After the age of 50: 45 ml/day for one week (starting effect), then increase to 15 ml/day.
It is recommended to take for 3 months.
