How to take Thalgo Activ Minceur Capteur Food Supplement 45 Tablets
In intensive program, 1 tablet after each meal (morning, afternoon and evening), for 15 days. Occasionally, to manage dietary deviations, 3 tablets after meals very high in fats and sugars.
This product contains fiber, and it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day to avoid a slowdown of intestinal transit.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy way of aiming. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose. Do not consume within 2 hours before or after taking fat-soluble products (contraceptive pill or vitamin D, for example). Store '+at room temperature away from heat and moisture.
