SymbioLact contains a mixture of lactic acid bacteria (probiotics), which when consumed daily play a significant nutritional role in the formation of vitamins.
Benefits
Symbiolact produces lactic acid and other substances that serve to stabilize the intestine by supporting peristaltic movements, both in the upper and lower parts of the intestinal tract (small and large intestine). SymbioLact is the right supplement for maintaining a healthy intestinal flora in the event of an unbalanced diet. There is no risk of the spread of antibiotic resistance by lactic acid bacteria, as they are not resistant to antibiotics that are important in medicine.
How to take
Dilute the contents of the sachet in a liter of water and take 1 or 2 times a day with meals.
Adult: 1 to 2 sachets a day.
Children up to 3 years old: half a sachet a day.
Children over 3: 1 sachet a day.
Composition
Per 1 sachet: Maltodextrin; biotin - 30µg (60% R.D.D.*), Lactic acid cultures = 1x109 CFU/g (L.acidophilus - 20mg, L.paracasei - 26mg, Lc.lactis - 10mg, B.lactis - 6mg).

Precautions
May contain traces of milk protein. Lactose and gluten free. Slight variations in taste and/or smell may occur. Store at room temperature (25ºC). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
