Dietary supplement that provides unrefined soy lecithin.
Lecithin consists of substances such as phosphoric acid, choline,
fatty acids, glycerol, glycolipids, triglycerides, and phosphatides
(phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol).
Lecithin is obtained from oil extracted from soybeans
and is not subjected to bleaching processes. It is a natural source
of phosphatides, derived from high-quality soybeans.
Free from sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, and dairy products
and formulated without the use of preservatives, flavourings, or artificial dyes.

Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 capsule, up to 6 times a

Soft capsule shell: gelatin (bovine source), vegetable glycerin (derived from palm kernel and coconut oil).
