This food supplement is obtained from flax seeds grown without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers, certified by Quality Assurance International. Cold-pressed flax seed oil provides alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and other fatty acids.
The oil is derived from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum) and is one of the most concentrated natural plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
Free from sugar, salt, starch, gluten, wheat, dairy products, soya, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavourings or colourings.

How to take it

Soft capsule shell: gelatine (bovine origin), glycerol (palm kernel fat and coconut fat).
