Description
Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits... Physalis essential oils are botanically and biochemically defined. Free from chemical treatment, unmodified, unadulterated, undiluted, rectified, and reconstituted. Gaultheria oil has a characteristic odor due to the presence of methyl salicylate, a compound responsible for its therapeutic properties. It acts by relieving pain and muscle stiffness that occur after physical exercise.

How to use
Topically: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops in 10ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or depending on the room size.
Do not apply pure to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Precautions
When using an essential oil for the first time, it is advisable to do a patch test to check if its use causes an allergic reaction: mix one drop of the oil you are going to use in a teaspoon with sweet almond oil and rub it on the inside of your elbow. If the skin reddens within 24 hours, it means you are sensitive to the product and should not use it. Never use essential oil in its pure form. To avoid skin irritation, they should always be mixed with an oily base, such as sweet almond oil. Use a small amount of any oil in any treatment. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, do not use the oils without the advice of a qualified aromatherapist.
