How to apply
Easy to insert:
Wash your hands. Twist and remove the tampon wrapper. Pull the removal string and insert the tampon in the correct direction. If it feels resistant, adjust your body position or the angle of the tampon. When positioned correctly, it should not be felt. If it is still noticeable, push a little more. The string should remain visible after insertion. Wash your hands again.
Easy to remove:
Wash your hands. Pull the removal string. If there is difficulty in removal, the tampon may not be saturated, and it is recommended to use one with lower absorption next time. If the string cannot be found, adopt a squat position, bear down and try to remove it with two fingers. If removal is impossible, you should consult a gynecologist.
