Recommended for nervous agitation, anxiety, emotional stress and insomnia. Together with NeuroActiv, it acts on Schizophrenia, Parkinson's, Epilepsy and Alcoholism. Unlike glutamic acid, GABA is an amino acid that functions as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. Its therapeutic use is similar to a sedative, inducing sleep and reducing anxiety. GABA can replace chemical tranquilizers such as Valium. Two capsules of GABA have a noticeable sedative effect. Combined with vitamin B3, GABA helps prevent and treat stress and anxiety.
How to take
2 capsules a day, with meals.
