How to take it
Take 1 tablet 3 times a day, after meals.

Magnesium Carbonate1500 mg (115.2% VRN* of Mg); per 3 tablets.

Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Excessive consumption can cause diarrhoea. People with kidney failure should only take magnesium supplements after consulting a health professional. Should not be taken together with quinolones and tetracyclines (antibiotics). Should not be used in conjunction with oral anticoagulants. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
