How to take
For adults: 1 to 3 capsules a day, with meals.

Composition
Concentrated fish oil (from: anchovies, sardines and mackerel), fish gelatine, humectant (glycerol), orange flavor, antioxidant (rosemary extracts, extract rich in tocopherols), cholecalciferol.

Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 capsules. Do not exceed an additional daily dose of 5g of EPA and DHA combined.
