How to take

Composition
2 capsules contain 1180mg EPA and 260mg DHA.
Concentrated fish oil (from: anchovies, sardines and mackerel), fish gelatine, humectant (glycerol), orange flavoring, antioxidants (rosemary extracts, extract rich in tocopherols).
