Protect damaged hair (sun, pollution, colouring, straighteners, hair dryers...) thanks to zinc, which contributes to protecting cells against undesirable oxidation.
Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of nails.
Maintain hair in normal conditions due to vitamin B8 (biotin) and promote normal amino acid synthesis thanks to vitamin B9. The keratin in Forcapil is bioassimilable and produced in France.

How to take
Take 2 capsules at breakfast with plenty of water.
