After styling / using a heat source – to add shine and help repair the ends: apply 1 to 2 pumps of the oil in the palms and run through mid-lengths and ends. 
Daily use (at home) – apply 1 to 2 pumps in the palms and distribute evenly from mid-lengths to ends.
