How to take

Composition
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule); Choline bitartrate; dried extracts of: Huperzia (Huperzia serrata), 0.2% Huperzine A, and lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), ≥ 2.0% rosmarinic acid; Phosphatidylserine (from soya); dried extracts of: Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), 20% bacosides, and maritime pine bark (Pinus maritima); Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5); Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
