R2 is a homeopathic supplement that can help with heart failure, coronary insufficiency (angina pectoris) or high blood pressure. It can also be used as an adjunct in cases of arrhythmia, dizziness with a slow pulse or palpitations.
How to take
In acute situations: take 5 to 10 drops, diluted or not, in a little water, every 30 minutes or every hour, up to a maximum of 12 a day, avoiding mixing with food.
After the symptoms have improved: take 2 to 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Composition
Per 10ml: Aconitum D6 - 1ml, Arnica D4 - 1ml, Aurum chloratum D6 - 1ml, Cactus D4 - 1ml, Crataegus D4 - 0.5ml, Digitalis D4 - 1ml, Laurocerasus D4 - 1ml, Spigelia anthelmia D4 - 1ml.
