Apply a generous amount frequently and evenly to the face. Apply 15 minutes before exposure to the sun. Then, renew the application every 2 hours, or after swimming, sweating or drying yourself. Do not forget the hat and sunglasses and avoid the hours of greatest sun exposure (from 11 am to 4 pm). Do not expose children under 3 years old to the sun in this time interval.
