How to take
Shake before use.
Children aged 7-12 years: Take 1 tablespoon (10ml) before bedtime. 
Children aged 3-6 years: Take half a tablespoon (5ml) before bedtime. 
Children aged 1-2 years: Take half a teaspoon (2.5ml) before bedtime. 
Children aged 0-1 year: As advised by a doctor. Composition
Per 100ml: Water, fruit concentrate (carob and apple), stabilisers: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, infusion of sweet chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flower) (1.37g), infusion of hops (Humulus lupulus L., flower) (1.37g), infusion of orange blossom (Citrus aurantium L, flower) (1.37g), infusion of lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora P., leaves) (1.37 g), blackcurrant concentrate, humectant: glycerin, flavours, L-ascorbic acid (Vit C), freeze-dried linden extract (Tilia platyphyllos Scop, flower) (0.19g), preservative: potassium sorbate, alpha cyclodextrins (40mg), sweetener: steviol glycosides, salt, gamma cyclodextrins (20mg), acidity regulator: citric acid.
