BioActivo Melatonin is a dietary supplement based on melatonin and vitamin B3.
Benefits
Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. It also helps relieve the subjective symptoms of jet lag.
Vitamin B3 (also known as niacin) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. For the production of this vitamin, the body requires tryptophan, an amino acid precursor in the synthesis of melatonin. The addition of 10mg of niacin "saves" the body 600mg of tryptophan, which becomes fully available for melatonin production.

How to take
Take 1 whole tablet before bedtime, accompanied by a glass of water.
