Arkocapsules konjac bio is a dietary supplement based on konjac, rich in glucomannan. Glucomannan, as part of a low-calorie diet, contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.

How to take
Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 1 to 2 glasses of water.
Take with plenty of water to ensure the substance reaches the stomach and to avoid potential choking, especially in individuals with swallowing difficulties.

Composition
Organic Konjac bulb (Amorphophallus konjac K.Koch) powder, organic corn starch.
Capsule shell 100% plant-based: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
