How to take
Take 2 capsules a day. Take 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at dinner with plenty of water.

Composition
Whole powder of cryo-ground devil's claw root bio (Harpagophytum procumbens DC. Ex Meisn., Harpagophytum zeyheri Decne.).
Emulsifier: Bio sunflower lecithin.
100% plant capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
