How to take
Pregnant women and children aged 6 to 11 years: take 1 capsule per day.
From 12 years old: take 2 capsules per day.
Take with breakfast with plenty of water.

Composition
Powder and extract of ginger rhizome** (Zingiber officinale Rosc.).
Thickener: acacia gum, rice starch.
100% plant capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
**The equivalent of 1500 mg of ginger rhizome per 2 capsules.
