Ansioval is a food supplement containing substances that improve sleep, reduce anxiety and nervous tension. As well as helping to combat insomnia, it also helps people who, despite apparently sleeping well, do not have restorative sleep.
Benefits
Ansioval can also be used in dysmenorrhea and hypertension (as an antispasmodic) and in smoking cessation (as an anxiolytic).
How to take
Take 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 tablets in the evening.

Per 4 tablets: Valeriana officinalis, Valeriana Root 260 mg; Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora 260 mg; Nepeta Cataria, Nevada 260 mg; Humulus lupulus, Hops 128 mg; Citrus aurantium, Orange 128 mg
Precautions
