How to apply
Apply to the scalp and spread using slow circular friction movements. Place the palms of your hands on either side of the head, massage the scalp with your palms until you reach the top of the head and your fingers interlock. Repeat this movement slowly to cover the entire scalp. Hold the ears 3 to 5 times, placing the index and middle fingers on each side of the ear, massaging up and down. Starting at the centre hairline, place your index fingers about 1 centimetre apart and pinch your fingers to gently lift the scalp. Repeat this technique slowly, 8 to 10 times, to move towards the back of the head. Place the palms of your hands on either side of the head, take a deep breath, and gently press your hands together to compress the scalp.
