How to apply
Apply to the scalp and spread using slow circular friction movements. Place the palms of the hands on either side of the head, massage the scalp with the palms of the hands until you reach the top of the head and the fingers intertwine. Repeat this movement slowly to cover the entire scalp. Hold the ears between 3 to 5 times by placing the index and middlefingers on each side of the ear, massaging up and down. Starting at the middlehairline, place your index fingers about 1 centimeter apart and pinch your fingers to gently lift your scalp. Repeat this techniqueslowly, between 8 and 10 times, to move to the three parts of the head. Place your palms on either side of the head, take a deep breath and gently press your hands together to compress your scalp.
