How to apply
Sterilize 3 minutes in boiling water before use for the first time. Consult the instructions for use inside the package.
Fold the menstrual cup and insert into the vaginal canal pointing to the coccyx and just enough for it to open inside. The glass will open and will be held in place by a slight vacuum.
Use up to 12 hours, remove, empty in the toilet or drain, wash and put back on.
It can be used on the beach, swimming pool, sports or at night.
