How to apply
Enhance the look of a smoky eye by gently pulling up the lower eyelid and gliding the pencil along the inside of the eyelid. Define the upper lash line as close to the lash roots as possible.
Extend the line just past the outer corner of the eye to elongate the eye contour.

Pro Tip: If it's tricky to create a seamless line, dot the pencil along the lash line and blend with a brush. Easy as that!
