How to use
Apply the serum
Make sure BEAR™ and face/neck are clean and dry. Then apply SUPERCHARGEDTM Firming Body Serum evenly to all the areas of the face/neck you want to treat, leaving a light layer on the surface of your skin.

Select your preferences
Press the universal button to turn on the BEAR™. Adjust the intensity of the microcurrent by quickly pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatments and more options via the FOREO app. Download the app.

Toning and sculpting
Press the four metal spheres into the skin with medium pressure, and slowly slide the device upwards over the legs, buttocks, belly and arm, as you prefer - up to 5 minutes per area. Access videos of guided treatments for specific problem areas via the FOREO app.
